Administration

The Administrative Services Division has responsibility for the following functions: general financial management of the Menlo Park Fire Protection District including budget development, general ledger accounting, payroll, and financial reporting. We are also responsible for risk management, information technology. Included in this Division are the functions of Human Resources such as personnel management, employee benefits, employment classification, and compensation. We also implement of personnel policies and procedures, recruitment, and administering employment agreements between the Menlo Park Fire Protection District and organizations authorized to represent employee groups.
